A Special thanks for all your help Betsy. Everyone at my party said the place was lovely; help was great and food out of this world. I agree with all of those statements. You are so sweet and can handle any situation with grace. You seemed unflappable. Please tell Martin and Ace that they were very professional and proficient and I was completely at ease. I also noticed that you rolled up your sleeves and pitched in with the “crew” and helped me feel that whatever the problem, you would handle it. The food was excellent and done to perfection. Please let the chef’s know. The cake was just what I wanted and I loved every morsel of it. I know this is very high praise, something I don’t give out easily and without thinking it is deserved. You know that I can speak my mind. Overall, the day was a success. I will recommend the Woodlands without hesitation and will use it again if ever I need it. Thanks again.

I recently assisted in the planning of a special birthday party at your facility. The event was a huge success. My only regret is that I do not possess an elegant enough vocabulary to describe how wonderful the gala actually was!

I knew from our first telephone conversation that you were going to make my daughter’s bridal shower a special and successful event. You are an extraordinary person- caring, attentive, and most professional. It has truly been a pleasure to plan this party with you.

I wanted to thank you and the entire Woodland’s staff so very much for the wonderful job you did at my daughter’s wedding last weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect!

The food was spectacular, really delicious, and served at the right time. The service was professional and attentive. So many people have told me that their server went out of the way to get them something they liked, without even being asked. And of course on that beautiful day, the facility shone. Max, Nicole, and you took care of everything, so we were able to completely enjoy the wedding – which we certainly did.
All of our guests are still raving about the food, service and beauty of the location. I’m certain many of them will host events at The Woodlands in the future… they were so impressed.

There was nothing about my experience at the woodlands I wasn’t completely satisfied with. During the planning of my wedding everyone from Connie to Raquel went above and beyond what they needed to do. Raquel made even the most stressful of situations enjoyable to take care of. During the wedding Raquel continued to be amazing and Antonio stepped in as a fantastic Maitre D’. Antonio was absolutely wonderful! Nicole, my bridal attendant, was also superb. I absolutely enjoyed spending my evening with Nicole by my side, and I had all of my confidence she had the ability and professionalism to take care of any situation – and she did. Again, I truly thank you for all of the care and precision you had in regards to my wedding. You truly made it the most wonderful night of my life. The Woodlands and its staff are superior!

From Connie who always was warm and professional, to Raquel who literally held my hand and helped me through this wonderfully stressful time, many thanks! Antonio was simply great and Nicole, that beautiful woman who helped us get changed in the bridal suite was so helpful. I am so happy I picked your elegant and beautiful place and will recommend you highly. The wait staff and the bar tenders were fantastic. This was a once in a lifetime affair. My daughter Julia led the whole service at the synagogue and she deserved a wonderful party. I have only great things to say about The Woodlands and the staff - a big thanks to you all!

We could not have asked for a more amazing day! Your staff was extremely attentive, kind, helpful and friendly. The décor, food, drinks and service were phenomenal. To this day all of our guests rave about The Woodlands! We can’t wait for our one year anniversary so we can come back! Thank you all so very much for making this brides day so unforgettable!
